Overview

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving our go-to-market organization and revenue operations function. This position requires a blend of analytical and hands-on experience in revenue operations within fast-paced software companies.

• Responsible for building detailed analyses of sales pipeline.
• Implement and run a forecast process for an international business.
• Ensure successful implementation of business systems to support revenue growth.
• Oversee CRM and sales-data management practices.
• Implement KPIs to measure and improve effectiveness of the GTM team.
• Participate in design and implementation of GTM tech stack.
• Build sales capacity and annual planning models.
• Design and implement new forecast processes.
• Bring analytical expertise to consolidate and analyze pipeline data.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to identify and test requirements for new systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations.
• Experience with sales tech stack – Salesforce.com required.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating across multiple business functions.
• Familiarity with database and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
• Open to travel.
