Overview

Storable is looking for a highly skilled Sr Revenue Operations Analyst who will help build out the revenue operations function at Storable within the Marine business unit. The Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Go-to-Market organization in many areas including reporting & analytics, compensation planning, process, tools & technology, strategy and planning and enablement. The Revenue Operations organization is new to Storable and this role will be one of the key members who will help build the foundation of a world-class Revenue Operations function.

In Short

  • Collaborate with sales leadership, finance, HR, and business operations teams to design, implement, and refine sales processes, compensation plans, and performance metrics that drive business success.
  • Develop and utilize reporting and analytics to provide insights to leadership that will help make the Revenue organization more efficient and effective.
  • Create and enhance forecast accuracy and forecast process.
  • Identify needed process improvements and formalize the inbound and outbound sales process.
  • Understand existing tools & technology and explore/make recommendations on new tools & technologies that would help the revenue organization.
  • Ensure proper data hygiene and increase adoption within current and future tools.
  • Support the annual planning efforts including expenses, bookings and sales headcount capacity.
  • Make recommendations to leadership on GTM strategy including team structure, team size, and targets.
  • Monitor and improve compensation and incentive plans ensuring the plans are most effective in driving the best results.
  • Be the linkage between the Revenue organization and other organizations across Storable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, sales strategy, or sales compensation, with a track record of supporting fast-growing sales teams, preferably in SaaS sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, etc.) to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and performance tracking frameworks.
  • Proficiency with sales performance management tools, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across diverse teams and levels of leadership.
