Overview

Storable is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Director, Revenue Operations Initiatives to drive cross-functional projects that enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and accelerate revenue growth.

In Short

  • Lead the project management and execution of key Revenue Operations initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts for operational efficiencies and revenue growth.
  • Proactively identify and address performance or process challenges.
  • Develop and implement tracking and reporting systems.
  • Facilitate and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify barriers to success and escalate critical issues when needed.
  • Serve as a critical link between Revenue Operations and other departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment focused on revenue operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Deep proficiency in GTM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading teams in high-impact projects.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
