TimelyCare is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to create and implement strategy, processes, systems, and infrastructure that boost the inside Salesforce productivity and efficiency as TimelyCare accelerates revenue growth and retention, increases market share, and meets strategic objectives.

  • Provide strategies to increase scale and efficiency in sales and retention.
  • Lead the development and execution of the company Go-To-Market strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline required, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in sales operations and management.
  • Proven success in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in go-to-market strategy.
  • Action-oriented with a focus on results and accountability.
  • Technically competent with an understanding of product and tech-stack.
