TimelyCare is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Lifecycle Marketing to lead the full post-sale customer journey—from onboarding through engagement, retention, and advocacy.

In Short

  • Lead the full post-sale customer journey.

  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams.

  • Analyze customer usage data for insights.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for lifecycle health.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
  • Perform additional tasks to support team objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years in B2B customer or lifecycle marketing.
  • Success in driving product adoption and retention.
  • Experience analyzing customer usage data.
  • Hands-on experience with executive engagement programs.
  • Strong strategic and tactical execution skills.
  • High cross-functional collaboration acumen.
  • Clear communication and program management skills.
