  • Drive measurable improvements in key metrics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success.
  • 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven success in driving measurable improvements.
  • Experience with executive engagement across accounts.
  • Strong operational acumen and experience in Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in higher education or digital health preferred.
  • Familiarity with hybrid customer engagement models.
