In Short

• Provide synchronous/asynchronous clinical evaluation, assessment, and treatment of patients, in states of licensure
• Prescribe appropriate medication(s), if indicated
• Appropriate documentation of encounter in EHR (platform)
• Current licensure as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Individual NPI number
• Active Prescriptive Authority to Prescribe Medications
• Strong Communication and Diagnostic Skills
• Flexible hours between 6 am and 11 pm CST
• Annual Base Salary with variable bonus eligibility
• 401(k) with employer match

Requirements

• Nursing Compact License
• Active License in multiple states
• Independent practice authority in CA preferred
