The Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager will take ownership of the customer journey post-signup, focusing on onboarding, retention, and customer satisfaction as Owner scales its operations.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
• Experience marketing to non-tech audiences.
• A growth mindset and a self-starter attitude.
