Position Description:

The Revenue Operations team is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive data insights and process optimization across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Customer Success. This role requires expertise in Tableau and DOMO, with experience in Salesforce (SFDC) to support revenue analytics, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Successful candidates will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will play a key role in improving revenue performance, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making. This position offers opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and leadership visibility.

In Short

• Build and optimize dashboards in Tableau and DOMO to track key revenue metrics.
• Analyze pipeline trends, forecast models, and SaaS performance metrics.
• Lead data alignment across Salesforce, Tableau, and DOMO.
• Partner with various teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Business Analytics.
• Tableau Certification required.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau and DOMO.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL preferred.
