Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist at Motus will lead the client implementation process from start to finish, ensuring a flawless experience for clients and setting them up for success on the platform.

• Lead the client implementation process from sales handoff to support.
• Build positive rapport with client representatives.
• Manage multiple client implementations concurrently.
• Provide expert knowledge on Motus products and services.
• Communicate project progress and ensure follow-through on commitments.
• Analyze client program parameters and provide consultative advice.
• Set up project plans and identify project risks.
• Conduct training sessions and Q&A for clients.
• Ensure accurate knowledge transfer between client and service teams.
• Handle deliverables for proof of concepts and pilots.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple implementations under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Excel, and Smartsheet is a plus.
• Adaptable attitude and dedication to service excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships.
• Highly confident presenter with a strong eye for business.
