Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) role at Motus provides a foundation in software sales, focusing on creating new opportunities and driving revenue growth.

In Short

  • Engage in strategic territory management.
  • Research and identify prospects using LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Make up to 80 cold calls a day.
  • Design email campaigns to educate prospects.
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs and decision-making process.
  • Set meetings for the Sales teams.
  • Maintain records of activity within Salesforce.
  • Work in a hybrid model, primarily remote with some office days.
  • Participate in Sales Enablement and training sessions.
  • Travel may be required for in-person meetings.

Requirements

  • Cold calling and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Quick learner with an interest in technology.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly.
