Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in growing our Auto Ops team within Steer CRM, helping automotive repair shops streamline their operations and drive business success.

In Short

  • Responsible for sparking interest and signing up new customers.
  • Schedule sales calls for the inside sales team.
  • Research and identify potential prospects.
  • Maintain a detailed database of leads.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Support the sales team with prospecting efforts.
  • Handle client pushback and objections.
  • Drive new opportunities through re-engagement with prospects.
  • Be proactive and eager to grow within the role.
  • Work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with high volume sales phone calls.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.
  • SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and master conversations.
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven.
  • Coachability and team-oriented mindset.
