Invoicing Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Responsible for creating and issuing accurate and timely invoices to customers
• Compile data and generate billing files to support invoices
• Process credit memos as needed
• Prepare customer statements and accurately explain the account’s activity and balance due
• Research internal and external customer inquiries and provide problem resolution
• Effectively address customer questions/issues related to billing
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns
• Assist in answering inbound calls and emails
• Assist in developing and implementing potential process and system enhancements
• Assist with collection efforts and ad hoc requests as needed

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Accounting preferred
• 2 - 4 years of accounting experience specializing in billing
• Knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite
• Knowledge and understanding of the SaaS business model
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Familiarity with VLOOKUP and pivot tables a plus)
• Self-motivated and driven; able to work independently in a remote work environment
