Manager, People Experience - Remote

Overview

This is a role for a passionate People partner who enjoys a mix of strategic influence, tactical ownership and building relationships. You’ll work closely with managers to support team effectiveness and employee engagement, while also being involved in running core people programs.

In Short

• Provide coaching and support to managers on effective feedback and conflict resolution.
• Serve as a resource to employees, helping resolve concerns and supporting a fair employee experience.
• Work with managers to support team effectiveness and address underperformance.
• Own and improve employee lifecycle programs including onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage community connection programs for a distributed workforce.
• Collaborate with teams like Legal, Payroll, and IT for seamless execution of employee lifecycle events.
• Monitor workplace trends to recommend improvements in policies and communication strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience focused on business partnering and employee relations.
• Strong foundation in HR administration and generalist responsibilities.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools such as Paylocity and Notion preferred.
