Manager, AV Experience - Remote

Overview

As Manager, AV Experience, you will lead the AV team, overseeing technology selection, support, and operations across all Coinbase offices. You’ll ensure seamless AV functionality for daily use and major events, with key team members based in offices to provide in-person support.

• Oversee AV technology selection, implementation, and maintenance across all offices.
• Partner with Real Estate & IT to deploy AV solutions in new and renovated spaces.
• Manage AV for earnings calls, all-hands meetings, and executive events.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate AV contracts, and oversee AV-related budgeting.
• Work with Real Estate, IT, Internal Comms, and Workplace Ops to align AV strategy.
• Support workplace analytics, digital signage, and other office technology.
• Ensure AV functionality across all offices, with dedicated support in Hub Offices.
• Provide occasional after-hours or on-call assistance for high-priority events.

Requirements

• 7+ years in AV technology, AV production, or workplace technology.
• Experience leading teams and managing AV across multiple offices.
• Technical expertise in conferencing platforms, digital signage, and event production.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with IT, Real Estate, and Communications.
• Hands-on mindset—willing to provide direct support when needed.
• Experience with large-scale AV productions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for major AV events and office openings.
