Overview

The Client Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality experience for clients in-resort, while also providing administrative support during the off-season.

In Short

  • Inspect hotel health & safety
  • Manage and update the Resort Handbook
  • Update supplier information in the company Res platform
  • Manage bookings through the company database
  • Organize resort transfers for guests
  • Liaise with suppliers and confirm reservations
  • Conduct pre-arrival concierge services
  • Make sightseeing and activity recommendations
  • Organize excursions and dinner reservations
  • Meet clients at the airport and hold welcome meetings

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to be on call 24 hours during the season
