You’re not just overseeing daily operations; you're leading a group of individuals who are committed to going above and beyond for our clients every day.

In Short

  • Lead and mentor our team of Customer Experience Managers and Technical Account Managers.
  • Develop and implement training programs for continuous improvement.
  • Handle customer escalations and complex issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in customer service or experience management.
  • 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
