Overview

The Client Experience Manager will oversee and manage fundraising campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget while working closely with internal and client teams.

In Short

  • Manage fundraising campaigns from setup to wrap up.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and communication with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate planning and execution of campaigns.
  • Organize reporting tools for status meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members to track issues and provide resolutions.
  • Produce meeting agendas, notes, and budgets.
  • Continuously improve processes and client management experience.
  • Provide thought leadership on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and team members.
  • Contribute to the greater good of clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Professional home office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Results-oriented and competitive mindset.
  • Call centre, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Full-time availability (40 hours a week).
