Overview

The Client Experience Manager is responsible for acting as the face of our company to each of our clients and ensuring that we are delivering an exceptional client experience.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with clients
  • Frequent contact with a portfolio of clients
  • Ownership of the client journey from Sales to CX
  • Detailed internal account management and proactive support
  • Cross collaboration with internal departments
  • Identify opportunities for additional value-add services

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a customer experience/client success role
  • Direct Retailer and/or CPG experience
  • Experience using a CRM and project management platforms
  • Proactive service and proven track record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant tech and software skills
  • Comfortable reviewing data and metrics
