Overview

As a Sales Operations Intern at Summit, you will support our sales and partner organizations in executing go-to-market strategies for our technology managed services. This role offers hands-on experience in CRM management, sales enablement, order tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

In Short

  • Maintain and update customer, opportunity, and partner data in CRM or PRM platforms.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting proposals and RFP responses.
  • Support partner and revenue operations through order tracking and reporting.
  • Streamline backend processes that support sales, marketing, and partner success.
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks across departments.
  • Follow up on low-value client inquiries and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Contribute to data cleanup efforts and process improvements.
  • Gain exposure to sales tools and revenue operations best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales operations or administrative support (preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Basic understanding of technology services or B2B environments.
