Office Experience Manager - Remote

Overview

The Farmer’s Dog is seeking an energetic, positive, organized individual to lead our Florida office experience, primarily supporting our Customer Experience organization.

In Short

• Lead the launch of our flagship Boca Raton, Florida office.
• Own the office experience for Florida employees.
• Elevate and streamline the office experience.
• Manage the Florida office budget.
• Partner with Nashville and NYC HQ groups.
• Provide support to executives and senior leaders.
• Manage and work with facility staff.
• Assist in the execution of TFD Florida Camp.
• Partner with Function Heads to elevate CX experience.
• Be a culture champion and driver of company values.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in an office management lead role.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to distill complexity.
• Strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
• Detail-oriented and proactive self-starter.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and creativity.
• Mastery of Google Workplace.
• Experience with Slack and Mac is a plus.
• Located in Florida and willing to come into the office 5 days a week.
