Overview

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

In Short

  • Own the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key experiences.
  • Analyze business opportunities and propose changes to operational processes.
  • Work with big partners to pitch and close events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure impactful events.
  • Lead and manage a growing team of PMs and APs.
  • Manage and grow revenue from events.
  • Foster and grow the Fever Partner Network.
  • Communicate product needs to HQ and work with product/engineering.
  • Represent Fever at local events and with local PR.
  • Opportunity for travel to scale experiences in other cities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills.
  • Native-level Portuguese and fluent English.
  • Ability to think strategically and handle multiple work-streams.
  • Collaborative and willing to work on all required tasks.
  • Knowledge of promotional tools like Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
