Overview

We invite you to join our dynamic Enova Studios team as a User Experience and Design Leader. We’re looking for a driven User Experience Manager to lead a team of designers in crafting seamless, user-centered digital experiences for Enova’s consumer and small business financing brands.

In Short

• Champion design best practices and advocate for the end user within the organization
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing centralized UX and Design team
• Promote a data-driven approach to design
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Drive user research and usability testing
• Maintain design systems and accessibility standards
• Manage multiple projects, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in UX Design, with 3+ years in management
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in regulated industries
• Strong collaboration with engineering on technical feasibility
• Flexibility to revise designs based on feedback
• Expertise in wireframe systems and user research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
