The Farmer’s Dog is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver exceptional service and support to customers, helping them improve the quality of their dog’s lives.

In Short

  • Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and text.

  • Available shifts: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.
  • Initial remote work until the new office opens in 2025.

  • Support the mission of improving pet health and care.
