Overview

As a Customer Experience Representative at Vivid Seats, you will engage with customers and sellers, providing exceptional service and solutions to inquiries.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service in a retail or service-related industry.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-reliant and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Research skills to troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Willingness to be flexible in work hours.
  • Interest in live events, sports, and entertainment.
