Overview

As our Lead Designer, you will work on various projects across the Marketing team, collaborating with a Creative Director, digital and UX designers, and other creative professionals to bring innovative ideas to life.

In Short

• Design and lead creative campaigns for Vivid Seats and Vivid Picks.
• Collaborate with multiple teams including Social, UX/Product, and PR.
• Mentor and lead other designers on the team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas.
• Utilize a state-of-the-art content creation studio for original content.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
• Stay updated with design trends and social media dynamics.
• Manage time effectively for real-time social projects.
• Bring a passion for live events, music, and sports.
• Provide a portfolio showcasing your graphic design capabilities.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 6+ years of relevant experience in design.
• Proven experience in high-quality graphic design and art direction.
• Expertise in branding, typography, and digital marketing.
• Ability to work under changing priorities and quick deadlines.
• Drive to keep up with new trends in design and advertising.
• Collaborative team player who takes feedback well.
• Video production and editing skills are a plus.
• A passion for live events is desired.
