In Short

• Respond quickly to customer inquiries and manage inbounds.
• Coordinate with pet parents on their dog's grooming needs.
• Book appointments and reschedule as necessary.
• Handle customer invoices and payments.
• Answer inbound calls and troubleshoot scheduling issues.
• Work with internal teams to improve customer management systems.
• Manage support through phone, SMS, and email.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer support or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong customer management skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Must love dogs!
