Overview

The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing high-quality customer service by addressing billing, payment, and policy questions, as well as processing policy changes and maintaining records.

In Short

  • Promote products and answer customer questions.
  • Communicate policy information clearly via phone and email.
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry for quotes and policy changes.
  • Secure information necessary to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Provide in-force policy change quotes for agents.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns.
  • Process payments and endorsements.
  • Document all interactions in the agency management system.
  • Schedule coverage review meetings with customers.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with various insurance policies.
  • Experience with AMS 360 or similar systems.
  • Strong communication and client-focused skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Virginia property and casualty insurance license preferred.
  • 1+ years in an insurance call center or agency.
  • Critical thinking and relationship building skills.
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills.
