Overview

The Agency Development Manager supports and drives the growth of Rockingham Insurance products through strategic planning, training, and strong relationship management with key agency partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in property & casualty sales experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current insurance designations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office required.
• Valid driver’s license.
