Overview

The Specialty Senior Casualty Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling Commercial Casualty Claims while ensuring high levels of customer service.

In Short

• Review coverage forms and endorsements.
• Conduct investigations and damage assessments.
• Document claims and provide timely reporting.
• Adjust claims within delegated authority.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys.
• Monitor litigation procedures and attend necessary meetings.
• Participate in Claim Reviews with Large Accounts.

• Demonstrate initiative and effective use of technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial casualty adjusting experience.
• Knowledge of contractors general liability and claims.
• AIC or other professional designations preferred.
• Adjuster license in multiple jurisdictions preferred.
