Overview

The HR Experience Manager will partner with internal teams to enhance the employee lifecycle, managing onboarding to offboarding while ensuring a seamless experience for employees at Deel.

• Manage compliance and HR operations in Egypt.

• Handle administrative tasks related to EORs.
• Support EORs and clients with HR queries.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Act as a subject matter expert for operational quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in FinTech or management consulting.
• Detail-oriented and solutions-driven.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Experience in optimizing scalable processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced SQL.
• Excellent communication skills.
