VIVIO Health is seeking a dynamic Manager, Member Experience to lead a high-performing team focused on optimizing workflows and enhancing member service in the healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare and member service leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Associate’s degree or higher in relevant field.
  • Experience in call center leadership is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Active problem solver with a proactive mindset.
  • Effective communicator.
