Overview

The Account Manager will manage and nurture relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service and support related to their pharmacy benefit programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in benefits consulting or pharmacy benefit management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
