Overview

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior Client Success or Account Management roles.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Required experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for engaging senior audiences.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in data analytics to drive performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel 25% for team meetings and client visits.
