Overview

The Account Manager - Customer Success will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, developing relationships with customers, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and operational excellence.

In Short

  • Work with Account Managers on operational processes.

  • Hire and develop staff with performance reviews.
  • Oversee project support and construction management.
  • Assist in budget development and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Account Management/Customer Success.
  • Strong communication skills and collaboration ability.
  • Focus on building trust and managing relationships.
  • Analytical and organizational skills in fast-paced settings.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of construction bid documents.
  • Effective communication with team members.
  • Experience in identifying and solving client issues.
  • Valid US driver’s license and willingness to travel.
