Overview

Lux Research is seeking a Client Experience Manager (CXM) who is passionate about helping the world’s largest companies innovate products and solutions to be more sustainable, human-centric, and better serve the climate and humanity.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact for onboarding new customers.
  • Deliver and communicate ROI for Lux clients throughout the customer journey.
  • Learn client needs and proactively deliver Lux resources.
  • Collaborate with Account Management on renewals and expansion.
  • Gauge customer engagement and find creative solutions.
  • Understand customer outcomes through data collection and analysis.
  • Answer incoming questions about Lux products and functionality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a client facing services role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Social Sciences field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in communication and presentation.
  • Experience fostering relationships as a Trusted Advisor.
  • High degree of organization and proficiency with systems.
