Overview

The Enterprise Account Manager at Lob is responsible for leading and expanding relationships with Lob's most critical enterprise customers, ensuring their success through effective account management and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of overall experience in direct marketing and customer success.
  • 10+ years in account leadership or sales.
  • Proven ability to meet retention and expansion targets.
  • Experience with large enterprise account management.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
