Senior Revenue Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will partner with the Commercial Aviation Solutions Sales and Marketing Team to support the Commercial Accounts business, working across Revenue Operations functions.

• Work with Commercial Accounts Sales team to align processes.
• Involved in quota setting and territory design.
• Facilitate sales forecasting and operating cadence.
• Establish pipeline analytics with reporting team.
• Develop sales training with enablement team.
• Partner with sales leaders on annual planning and strategy.
• Represent sales in cross-functional projects.
• Actively involved in rollout of new tools.
• Must be comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Self-starter who can drive change independently.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Finance.
• Experience in software sales, especially subscription or SaaS.
• Expertise in sales forecasting tools and processes.
• Salesforce CRM experience required.
• Experience with pipeline analytics and goal setting.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of go-to-market strategy and compensation design.
