Overview

The Customer Quality Support Representative at Boeing will serve as the quality customer interface, assisting customers throughout the production and delivery processes of Boeing models.

In Short

  • Act as the quality customer interface for Boeing models.
  • Assist customers with production and delivery on complex accounts.
  • Provide product manufacturing and delivery status updates.
  • Lead resolution of customer concerns and engage stakeholders.
  • Coordinate production records communication with customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer relations and aircraft inspection.
  • Willingness to travel domestically 5% of the time.
  • First shift role with potential additional shift requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building relationships with customers.
  • Experience inspecting aircraft parts for quality conformance.
  • Knowledge of airplane operational processes.
  • Ability to present information to leaders and external customers.
  • Experience in solving complex customer problems.
  • Preferred: 5+ years in aircraft production or maintenance.
  • Experience with airline customers and aviation authorities.
  • Ability to create and implement project plans.
