In Short

• Manage end-to-end payroll accounting for domestic and international employees.
• Own the monthly payroll close, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Oversee the global sales commissions process including calculations and accruals.
• Support general ledger accounting and participate in the monthly close process.
• Assist in maintaining and improving internal controls related to payroll and commissions.
• Participate in and lead special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation.
• Provide financial data and analysis to leadership.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Clear communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with accounting and payroll systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in a hypergrowth SaaS company is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and ethics.
