In Short

  • Build and maintain customer relationships in the Enterprise segment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers regarding GRC and Risk Cloud applications.
  • Lead the development of long-term success plans with customers.
  • Track customer health scores and engage with unhealthy customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Solution Engineering teams.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Development teams.
  • Serve as a role model for other customer success managers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in GRC or Risk Advisory.
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success or related roles.
  • Interest in supporting sales and commercial business development.
  • Experience with cybersecurity and risk management frameworks.
  • Passion for SaaS applications.
  • Strong people skills and ability to tailor messages.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Drive to learn and understand customer problems.
