In Short

• Own the events and ecosystem engine that converts executive engagement into high-intent pipeline.
• Manage logistical, operational, and reporting aspects of various events.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive calendar of field events.
• Align event messaging with business objectives.
• Lead full event lifecycle from strategy to post-event analysis.
• Collaborate to identify and prioritize target accounts for events.
• Track and report event-generated leads and pipeline impact.
• Analyze event performance and continuously improve the program.
• Maintain ownership for UK & EMEA locations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in field marketing or event management.
• Proficiency with event management platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and experience tracking event performance.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently for events.
• Experience managing event budgets.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Role to be based near London.
