As a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Parloa, your mission is to drive pipeline and revenue growth in the U.S. market by designing and executing strategic marketing programs tailored to our key industries.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Sales, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Partnerships teams.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including field events and webinars.
  • Build pipelines and accelerate sales cycles through region-specific strategies.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Leverage AI tools for campaign targeting and insights.
  • Foster relationships with industry partners and influencers.
  • 7–10 years of field or regional marketing experience required.
  • Proven success in executing high-impact campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of field or regional marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on the U.S. market.
  • Proven success in executing high-impact campaigns.
  • Industry expertise in insurance, finance, or healthcare is preferred.
  • Fluency with AI-enabled marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo preferred.
