• Develop and execute regional field marketing plans to generate leads and support sales objectives.
• Plan and execute field events including conferences, seminars, workshops, and roadshows.
• Manage relationships with third party influencer organizations.
• Collaborate with the CMO and marketing team to build customer engagement.
• Manage field marketing budgets and track ROI.
• Collaborate with sales teams and digital marketing teams.
• Analyze field marketing performance for optimization.
• Create and implement joint marketing programs with partners.
• Manage partner communications and ensure consistent messaging.
• Track and analyze partner program performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5-10+ years of experience in partner marketing and/or field marketing.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of channel sales and partner management.
• Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven and analytical with strong marketing metrics understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
