In Short

  • Own and administer various tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, LeanData, SalesNavigator, & LeadIQ.
  • Ensure data hygiene and integrity across platforms.
  • Optimize integrations of various tools & platforms.
  • Assist sales leadership with modeling, predictive analysis & future planning.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Success & Finance on data integrity, reporting & trending.
  • Troubleshoot and remediate issues which may inhibit the team from utilizing tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience in a Sales Ops or Salesforce.com Administrator role.
  • An Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within the organization.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work cross functionally to ensure success across the organization.
  • Early/Mid Stage experience is a plus.
