The Director of Sales Operations at Samsara will lead a team responsible for driving operational excellence and scaling core processes within the sales organization.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of experience in a sales operations role.
• 5+ years in a people management role.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and business judgment.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
