In Short

• Own and execute industry events and partner events strategy.
• Plan, execute, and optimize presence at major industry conferences.
• Collaborate with partnerships team on co-marketing events.
• Develop pre/post-event sales alignment strategies.
• Manage overall field marketing budgets exceeding $1M annually.
• Measure and report on event impact and performance.
• Direct end-to-end on-site logistics for events.
• 7+ years of experience in field marketing or event marketing.
• Strong sales alignment and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel for events across the US and internationally.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven track record managing large event portfolios.
• Experience in web, content management, developer tools, or AI.
• Strong sales alignment skills.
• Data-driven mindset for measuring event success.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Located in the Continental United States.
