In Short

• Craft and execute targeted marketing programs (ABM programs) to meet regional goals.
• Manage all elements of the marketing plan, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Design, run, and manage event-based marketing programs.
• Partner with teams to source participants and speakers for programs.
• Innovate and experiment with ways to engage the audience.
• Support activities in collaboration with GTM teams and report on feedback and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and deliverables.
• Manage event logistics and develop vendors within the region.
• Grow the prospect database of addressable leads.
• Travel for on-site management/coordination (15%-20% of the time).

Requirements

• 6-8 years of marketing programs experience with ABM campaigns.
• Ability to adapt and own a program in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
• Experience handling various types of events.
• Excellent task management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience engaging senior business buyers.
• Track record of success in field marketing campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset for optimizing programs.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Bachelor's degree; experience with ABM tools preferred.
