In Short

• Contribute to building out Integrations offerings for Risk Cloud.
• Define how Risk Cloud connects with customer tools and data ecosystems.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver quality software.
• Conduct hands-on research and advocate for user experience.
• Define solutions through user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Provide assets to Engineers during development and testing.
• Contribute to team processes and best practices.
• Lead initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility.
• Engage in continuous learning and development.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Experience as a key Designer with a successful track record.
• Experience designing interfaces for complex systems.
• Understanding of data flows for AI and automation.
• Familiarity with accessibility practices and WCAG standards.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in product design.
• Online portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
• Experience with usability studies and design exercises.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
