In Short

• Drive the evolution of LogicGate’s web strategy to meet company reputation, demand, and enablement goals.
• Drive growth by improving the effectiveness of the website to increase visitor engagement and customer acquisition.
• Partner with brand and design to create a holistic visual experience.
• Continually refine the overall user experience.
• Collaborate across the Marketing team on messaging, navigation, optimization, and conversion.
• Establish a core set of web KPIs and reporting cadence.
• Own website and landing page conversion optimization strategy.
• Design and implement AI solutions for website optimization.
• Develop SEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility and traffic growth.
• Leverage analytics and user research to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing B2B websites.
• Experience growing, managing, and fostering in-house and offshore web developers and designers.
• Deep understanding of web design trends and conversion best practices.
• Expert knowledge of UI design and web production techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, and project management tools.
• Basic knowledge of web applications, programming languages, and web services.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to write compelling website copy.
• B. A. or B.S. required.
